We hired Jim to work on our basement in June of 2010. The bid that he provided us stated that the work will take around 6 - 8 weeks. In January 2011 the basement was still not completed and Jim just stopped showing up, to this day we have not heard from him and we hired a new contractor to finish the job swallowing our losses. I would definitely recommend that you invest your money wisely and think before you hire Jim to do the job.
