Description
Prior to massage therapy, I worked in the legal field for numerous years. I graduated from the Foothills College of Massage Therapy currently known as CCMH Foothills College of Massage Therapy and have been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2002. I am trained in Shiatsu/Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Release, and am a full body certified Active Release Techniques Practitioner.
My approach to massage therapy is by simply helping you to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve your recovery time and in turn, promoting the body's natural immune function.
