I was ordering thousands of dollars of cell phone parts from Budget until one of the fellows hung up on me during a telephone conversation regarding a shipping price on one emergency item. I have also received many defective items from them which I send back and which they will not accept because of a timing issue and they will not refund my visa...only a store credit is available but why a store credit when I simply will not deal with them again!!!
