As a regular user of Delta Green Cabs I was EXTREMELY surprised by the driver of T55 today. Although he had to know I would have groceries (I called the cab to come to Save-On Foods) he was absolutely NO help - just stood there looking at me when he arrived - as always I said "Hello - how's your day going" ZERO response. I'm 70 and could have used a little help putting the groceries in the trunk then when we arrived at my home he didn't even deign to get out of the cab to open the trunk.
