Very disappointing service. Takes weeks to reply and seem to only want to give cats in pairs. Not everyone wants two cats. I wanted one cat and am a perfect candidate that would give it endless attention and a wonderful home, I got ignored and . I Ended up adopting privately from kijiji. I will not recommend this place. The owner Roz does not know how to communicate in a timely manner and was very unprofessional via telephone.
