He did not finish the job. He outlined to me that he would take down the tree, haul away all the wood, drill holes in the tree stump and add root killer. All he did was take down the tree. As soon as my back was turned, his workers jump in their truck and left. They were in such a hurry to leave, they left their rakes behind. He would NOT give me a receipt. I paid him $900 for an incomplete job.
