Not professional. As a potential renter, you feel like you are putting them out by arranging a viewing. Receipt of application was not acknowledged. I had to text Marion to see if she received it 3 days later. I decided that I just didn't want to wait or deal with this company so I withdrew my application. If you are a owner using this company and wonder why your units are not rented - it's not because people aren't interested...
