Western Union (FOREX CARGO)

I won't recommend this business (Western Union at tyndall). They have a very poor service and people are rude. Even the owner, he don't know how to handle the customers. He knows nothing about CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you send money to your loveones, they don't care if they receive your money once they get the service charge. I myself is talking based on my own experience.They put my name as the sender, and put my name on their system as the receiver as well... Very nonsense. What's the point of sending money to myself. That is why I'm wondering why my family way back home haven't received the money yet, they said it takes 2-3 business days... Mine takes 3weeks, they haven't reveived the money yet because of their stupidity.They don't even entertain my concerns. Not even apologize. My god! I don't know why such business still exists. And I don't get my money back because they keep pointing fingers. You guys should close.
