Description

Linus Hussein Ali obtained his law degree and was called to the Bar in a common law jurisdiction in 1990. He has over 18 years combined experience in teaching and practising contract, commercial, criminal and civil litigation. He also obtained a doctorate degree in law in 2007. In Ontario he is a duly licensed lawyer by the Law Society of Upper Canada and a Notary Public.
Dr Ali also worked in the enforcement department of the Ontario Securities Commission where he researched and wrote several legal memoranda for the prosecution of securities fraud. He has authored a book titled Corporate Criminal Liability in Nigeria and several articles in peer review journals and books. Contact us today for more information.
