We had our furnace break down right before the Easter long weekend with temps at -12. Mark was recommended to us by our neighbor as well as the owner of the building our business is located in. He came promptly and had our heat back on withing 10 min. His rates were very reasonable considering the situation and he even helped us out with a problem we were having with our sump. It goes without saying that he is and will be our first choice for maintenance of our home and business in the future.
