I absolutely recommend Bindingbeauty Permanent Makeup Clinic to anyone interested in having a procedure done. The owner (Sandee Kimmons) does all the work herself and is very professional and very good at what she does. I really liked that she takes a limited number of customers per day so that she can spend the time needed to talk to you, explain details, design the work, and do the procedure without being rushed. I love my brows and am planning to go back to have eyeliner done. I think the prices are reasonable.
