Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I cancelled my insurance 2 months ago & they just never processed it, despite confirming it was received & clarifying I would be refunded for unused coverage remaining in the year. They also did not communicate cancellation fee associated with ending my coverage. Do not get your insurance with them.
