We are a bit confused by our experience. Initially, we were more than pleased with the work Paul and his crew did. They were on time, worked long days, did any trouble shooting without a lot of drama, we were very pleased with the result. Unfortunately some of the work needed to be put off because the brick mold for finishing the windows wasn't readily available. It wasn't going to be available for a bit so Paul requested payment with the obvious expectation that he would finish the work. Sadly, we chose to pay him trusting the work would be done to the same standard as we had learned to expect.That was 3 months ago and five promises of "I will be there tomorrow" later. Now we are left unable to move forward with our renovations, the windows are leaking and we are going to have to try to pay someone to finish the work we have already paid Paul for. Our bad for paying I guess. No matter how great someone starts, don't pay until the job is done. We wish it would have turned out differently...
