OK Tire Head Office

This is the second time OK Tire has wasted my day. 2 weeks ago I made and appointment for this morning at the King George store in Surrey. I showed up on time and was told my car was going in next, and that I would be called in about 90 minutes - 2 hours later I go back to the shop and my car is not even started. I go inside and again am told it's the next one in. I asked for my keys back and left. I have 2 days a month to get stuff done on a Saturday because of my schedule. I'm a return customer and this is the second time you've wasted my day. Expect The Best your slogan says - what a pile of crap incompetence rules at OK Tire.
