Well, we did a follow up at Grekos (this time for a birthday lunch). And again everything was really nice. We were asked if we wanted a booth or a table. Water was served immediately and we were asked if we wanted anything else to drink. The food was served and we had a very nice lunch and were still able to leave in just under an hour (without rushing anything). We would certainly go back for more!!
