Avoid at all costs. I believe they are running an insurance scam out of here. They wrong information for my claim, and I had to return. In the end, I'm pretty sure I have RMT info from someone other than who I saw. They got quite upset when I began to question this. I mentioned reporting them for fraud and the woman went nuclear. I've report them to the city licencing committee, the CRA and the CMTO and they can look into it. Further to this, the place is incredibly dirty. Walls have stains on them, the floor looks like it hasn't been washed in years, there's little to no equipment in the rooms, and overall it felt like nothing more than half a step up from a rub-n-tug kind of place. UPDATE: When they found my review, they called me very upset. She begged me not to go to the CRA and CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) if she gave me a refund as hush money. I ended up having to go to another RMT to fix the problems in my arm and back they caused by their horrible "care".
