This is my second time using Pro Painters. Chris and Frank are great business people that care for your needs and trustworthy to what they stated and stand for. In my case, they did over and above what was quoted for. They follow through customer services satisfaction from beginning till the end and even after when there is an issue arise, they came back with no problem. They have an excellent warranty program. In my case, one of the Sherwin William Bath paint color has some visible water stain issue. Frank and Chris has no problem looking into the issues and come back to repaint the wall with a more premium spa and sauna paint to address the issue and have been covering it under their warranty program. I am really happy with the results and customer services and follow up. Highly recommended.
