Cavallini Kitchens and Baths

Had this company do our kitchen and main flr. Without a kitchen from beginning of Nov to mid- March. Issues: floor uneven (owner talked us out of leveling it) - had already done the scratch coat for the tile in the kitchen without incr . the gas line size for our stove. Flr had to be cut into to deal with the gas line. Now the grout around the tiles in that area, are cracking & tiles are loose. Cabinets were not of very good quality - hutch was to high & dummy doors for island wrong size.Again & again we were told our granite was in production - they actually asked us for the balance owning as “they had to pay the granite company” - found out it hadn’t been paid for. Our hutch and dummy doors were held for payment. We ended up saying we would “pay” them so we could get these items. We gave them “a payment”to cover the cost of the gas line. Ended up using the $$ we owed them to pay for the granite, vanity for the powder room, faucets etc. Check the BBB & Readers Choice - anyone can get.
