Absolute disgraceful contractor. The concrete work is total garbage, not done properly. No excavation, no rebar, no gravel. All they do is sprinkle a little stone on the grass and pour concrete onto of ground without digging. Concrete is not flat and is wavy. Too high. Cracking after 1 year. They made such a mess of my property nothing is growing back. Dirty. Not insured, not licence. His labours are all cash and no insurance. SCAM
