At our gym W8 Trainer, we have specialized, unique and fun programs for everyone. I have my Mount Royal University certificates in both massage therapy and personal training. We have a training program that can fit around your busy schedule too, with only ONCE a week training while still getting the results you want. Hope to see you soon.
