My name is Doug Weber, I have a B.Sc. Kinesiology and am a Certified Personal Trainer.
I am offering sport specific training dealing with Hockey, Basketball, Lacrosse, Golf, Volleyball and Wrestling for those athletes wanting to get to the next level of their game and general training for the everyday person that wants to increase their fitness level. I have trained all ages and experience levels. From 8 year minor hockey players to professional athletes as well as everyday people looking to increase their fitness levels. I offer a fun and educational experience to all ages and experience levels. Availability at all hours of the day.
