We would like to submit as letter of reference for Les Bellamy in regards to work that Les has done for us in the past. We had a very positive relationship with Les who did both our blueprints and the on-site management of the entire construction process for our new home in the Quarry. We found that Les is very accurate and timely with co-coordinating the various trades to bring our project in on time during a very busy construction season. We also found that his rates were very reasonable as some designers will nickel and dime you for all the little extras which usually don't show up in their initial quotes. We are going to build again and had Les do the blueprints for our proposed new home as well. We would highly recommend dealing with Les as an honest individual as well as his knowledge and experience in the building industry.B. & G. Banerd - Kelowna
