I read some reviews here and decided to give this Spa a try. So I went for a one and half hour Therapeutic Massage. The therapist was courteous and did a great job, just what I needed. My advice to all of you is, tell the therapist where you feel the most tense. This way they can focus on problem areas and you will get what you pay for. (You need a friendly therapist that is willing to follow directions, that's why I like Novo.) The receptionist and attendees where all friendly and well mannered. A very enjoyable and unwinding experience.
