I've gone to Rina for dozens of massages now. I didn't know what Thai Massage was until I tried it, and it's amazing. It's very similar to yoga expect that you are passive while Rina puts you in the poses. It's very relaxing and I often fall asleep during the sessions. The environment is soothing and Rina in a sweetheart to work with. The benefits of the massage are great, I have more energy, feel healthier and more relaxed and stress free during my daily life. I wouldn't give up my Thai massage sessions with Rina for anything. I recommend this for anyone who has pain, is tired or is stressed out, it has helped me with these parts of my life in a big way.
