The services I received with Chelsey's wellness coaching truly changed my life. I was unhappy, tired, overweight and out of shape. She helped me get back on the track that I wanted to be on. Not once did I feel deprived or hungry, the good/recipes she showed me were delicious! She doesn't focus on just diet though, she helped me break unhealthy habits and replace them with new healthy habits. She helped push me into a routine that is suitable to my lifestyle. I am going to the gym every day now, which is a place I never thought I'd find myself, and I am loving it. With her help I was able to lose 100 pounds, and feel happier than I have in my whole life. She is very supportive, patient and polite. She makes things easy to understand, and will explain things to you several times if need be. For example, I thought that fat content of food was bad but she helped me understand that there is such a thing as good fats, who knew!
