Mark's Work Wearhouse

The Mark’s Work Warehouse in Newmarket Ontario has provided me with the worst customer service experience that I have received in all of my 38 years. I am still waiting for an order that I placed 8 months ago (November 2017). I was told that there ordering system for embroidery has changed and there were delays. I have gone in to inquire twice and phoned the store three times. On each occasion, I have had the sales associates confirm that my order has indeed not been fulfilled and that I would be provided an update. I have never received a return phone call. Against my better judgement, I placed another order. I have not received any form of confirmation and I am now wondering if I will see either of these orders in 2018.
