Ashley and her team at Lasting Solutions bring forth over 20 years of collective therapeutic experience.
They utilize an emotionally-focused, experiential, and person-centered approach to working with people. More specifically, they use The Grief Recovery Method®, an action-oriented program, to support people in moving beyond the pain, isolation, and loneliness caused by loss.
