No matter your health concerns are, I will provide one-on-one nutritional consultation to help you achieve your wellness goals in combination with yoga.
In addition to my general practice, special focus is given to optimal health during pre-conception, prenatal education, healthy pregnancy, natural childbirth and postpartum recovery for mothers-to-be and their babies.
