So I paid 1500 for a two day course to get certified. First they had my first name wrong but they kindly sent me a new certificate. They never gave me a lash remover and they told me they will mail it to me when it arrives. it has been 4 months now, no one responds to my emails and their phone number is no longer in service. and when i search lash maven online I get a link that takes me to a site that warns that LASH MAVEN IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED is this for real???? Casandra was my teacher she was pretty good and I did learn what I needed to learn. but I could see the cattiness in their service. They over charge and then their website and everything now seems to be shut down. can anyone tell me what happened please?
