My name is Ryan, I started using Beachbody products about a year ago starting with Insanity, and then went on to the Asylum, over these two years I have lost 140 lbs, and have made my overall health and fitness better. It has been an amazing experience and I wish that I had decided to commit to a program sooner, but overall I am extremely happy with the results that I have achieved. It is a lot of hard work, but that just means that it is worth putting in the time and effort, you only get what you put in.
Five years ago I was struggling with my health and life in general. I decided to make the necessary changes to make my life better, to push harder to attain more out of life, and today as of 2014 I have my health plus an education. Five years ago this seemed like it would not be possible, I did not give up, I kept pushing forward no matter what people were telling me, and when you believe in yourself anything is possible. Be the change and go all in.
