I am a certified Personal Trainer, Diet & Nutrition Coach, National Strength & Conditioning Coach, fitness & glamour model and an amateur natural bodybuilder in the Alberta Bodybuilding Association.

I offer very flexible and reasonably priced diet/meal planning and personal training to help everyone achieve their fat loss and athletic goals (see Training & Nutrition). This includes online coaching for anyone who lives too far away to personally meet. The definition of a real Champion is someone who takes their dreams out of the plain of fantasy and turns those dreams into their physical reality.
