Established in Thunder Bay, Ontario in 1994. L.A.R. ARMS mission has been to deliver a highly professional, informative and friendly service and to provide economy priced firearm equipment and related accessories, reloading components and firearms training. This resulted from being located in an area isolated from other major locations that could provide these items and not a lot of companies offering what was being sought by the shooters in Thunder Bay and area.
L.A.R. ARMS is provides the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course, Wilderness Handgun Safety Course and examinations. Shotgun Training, Defensive Handgun Training, IDPA Training to persons that are interested in fulfilling their desires to obtain and use firearms for a number of personal reasons. By improving the knowledge of firearms safety we trust that this contributes to overall safety by firearm users and to continue our heritage of firearm ownership and promote continued community safety. We have had grateful graduates from all walks of life, professions and levels of firearms experiences go through our training. Gunsmith services provided, specializing in Smith & Wesson, Remington and Beretta to name a few. We stock a lead, FMJ and copper plated bullets in a number of calibers and styles. Holsters, mag and speed loader carriers in stock to shooters involved in PPC, IPSC, IDPA and Bulls-eye shooting. Other products include but not limited to trigger locks, cables, gun cases, reloadable cartridge cases. In 2008 L.A.R. ARMS began customized fitting of E.A.R. Insta-Mould Earplugs to fit your ear with greater comfort and maximum attenuation value and convenience. We look forward to you contacting L.A.R.
