This location doesn't give a dam about customers with mobility issues. In May 2018 we notified them the outer disability door didn't work and were told a new management team was in place so give them a chance. Two months later after us complaining 4-5 times more the Manager called to say parts were on order from the USA. Last weekend door still broken so their word about repairs is garbage.They also have shrunk the size of the sangria pitchers to less than half and they have about 70% less fruit inside. This translates to more than 100% increase as they also added lots of extra ice cubes to something that started as only 5% alcohol. Too bad servers have to suffer for the lack of concern by management for disabled people but they are off our list. We will still go to Swiss Chalet and Milestones owned by the same company but ESM at North York is off our menu. Their word about repairs holds no weight and they are not an honest firm to deal with.
