Description

For most of my life I have lived in Sudbury. After recently living in Southeastern Ontario for a few years, my wife and I decided to settle back to Northern Ontario. So we packed up our 3 children and headed back home. Due to our growing family and relocations we have lived in and renovated 7 houses. These homes have ranged from older century homes to newer subdivision builds. I have seen my share of “handyman specials” and understand, first hand, what surprises can be found when looking beyond the cosmetics of a property. I understand this, not just from a builder’s perspective, but from a home owner’s perspective.
Having an education in engineering, training in cabinetmaking and a 20+ year career in Information Technology I decided to branch into a field of work that combines all my expertise, skills and interests. I have undertaken extensive training, education and currently am certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) as a Certified Property Inspector (CPI). So you can know, with confidence, that I am able to perform a professional and honest inspection of your home that meets or exceeds industry standards.
